AIIDE-16 Registration Information
The AIIDE-16 technical conference registration fee includes admission to all technical paper and poster sessions, invited talks, the opening reception, and access to the electronic AIIDE-16 Conference Proceedings. Technical registrants also receive a discount on attendance at workshops.
AIIDE-16 is pleased to offer a discount of $60 for the main AIIDE-16 conference to Motion in Games (MIG) registrants. Please send your proof of MIG registration to firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a code before applying for registration at AIIDE-16.

Opening Reception / Poster Session Guests
Admittance to the AIIDE-16 Opening Reception (Monday, October 10) and conference-wide Poster Session (Tuesday, October 11) is included in the AIIDE-16 technical conference registration. Guests are welcome for the following fees:
Opening Reception Guest: $60.00
Poster Session Guest: $30.00
2016 AIIDE Proceedings
Preregistrants may order a hard copy of the AIIDE-16 proceedings, which will be mailed after the conference. The preconference discounted price will be determined in fall 2016. Shipping and handling will be added. Individuals who select this option will be contacted regarding the final cost after the conference.
Registration / Proof of Student Status
To register online, please complete the form at (https://www.regonline.com/aiide16). If you qualify for student rates, you will be required to submit proof of student status (PDF) through the online system before you can complete your registration.
The deadline for refund requests is September 16, 2016. All refund requests must be made in writing to AAAI at email@example.com. A $100.00 processing fee will be assessed for all refunds.
Letters of invitation can be requested by accepted AIIDE-16 authors or registrants with a completed registration with payment. If you are attending AIIDE-16 and require a letter of invitation, please send the following information to firstname.lastname@example.org:

Preregistration is required prior to arrival onsite by registering online. All attendees must pick up their registration packets in the Ambassador Ballroom Foyer on the Main Level of the hotel for admittance to programs.
Registration hours are scheduled for Saturday and Sunday, October 8-9, 8:30am - 2:00pm; Monday and Tuesday, October 10-11, 8:30am - 5:00pm; and Wednesday, October 12, 8:30am - 12:00noon. These hours are subject to change depending on the final program.
